Mirchi.com lists food products and hence we do not provide a return or exchange option; moreover, these products are not necessarily from big sellers or manufacturers. Our sellers take extra care to ensure that the products in your order are of the same quality mentioned in the product detail page and are shipped to you in the fastest possible way.
We do understand that, in spite of all the care and for reasons beyond anyone's control, a product may reach you in a damaged or spoiled condition. In such rare cases, you can initiate an exchange within 24 hours after receiving the product and we'll be happy to have a replacement product shipped to your address. The exchange is subject to the following guidelines:
The exchanged must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery
Upon a seller's request, we may ask you to upload a photograph of the damaged/spoiled product as part of the exchange process
Product shipped internationally cannot be exchanged
Once we receive your request for an exchange, we will process it, following the guidelines listed above.
To cancel or exchange a product in your order, please follow these steps:
Log into your account using your phone number used to place the order
Select 'My Orders' from the menu bearing your name (on the top right hand corner)
Locate your order, click on 'View‘' to view the order details
Click on 'Exchange' to exchange an item in your order or click on 'Cancel' to cancel an item in your order
Please note that you will be able to cancel an order only till such time it is not shipped and special orders cannot be cancelled once placed
