Answer: Certainly, you can. Simply place all desired products into your shopping bag and proceed to the 'Checkout' button to select your payment options.

Question: Is it possible to combine orders from various sellers for joint delivery?

Answer: No, each seller's items within an order will be delivered separately.

Q: Can I edit my order after confirmation?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot add any product to the existing order. However, you can remove any product before the order has been packed and shipped. You will get an option to cancel an item under 'My Orders' section in your Mirchi.com account.

Q: Can I order a product that is Out of Stock?

A: Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale.

Q: Can I ship the products to multiple addresses?

A: Yes, you can ship individual quantities to multiple addresses. We are amongst the few platforms that have the capability to do this.

Q: Do I have to have an account to place an order at Mirchi.com?

A: No, you do not need an account to order on Mirchi.com. You can checkout as a guest using an OTP that will be sent to your phone number.

Q: How do I know that my order is confirmed?

A: Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID. In addition, you will receive an email and a text message confirming your order details. You will also be notified when the item(s) are dispatched with the respective tracking details.

Q: Can I leave items in my shopping cart for future purchase?

A: Yes, you can leave items in your shopping cart, however, the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real-time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.
