We do understand that, in spite of the best care taken and sometimes for reasons beyond our control, on rare occasions, a product may reach you in a damaged or spoiled condition.
In such cases, we will be happy to provide you with a refund of the order value of the product and shipping cost (if any) for the same. We can also send you a replacement product in lieu of the refund, if you so choose.
Please contact our customer support within 24 hours; we may request you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged or spoiled product so that we can take it up with the seller. You will appreciate that, being fresh food products, returns are not possible and order cancellations are possible only before a product is made ready to ship.
